If a new ordinance in Hingham, Massachusetts is passed, the police cars there will have to be equipped with not only the traditional radar, but also they will have to have a decibel meter to apprehend those most reprehensible, cunning, diabolical, lawless, and dregs of humanity, those who talk too loudly. Yep, it is about time we brought these blights on decency to justice.

It is a good thing that Wallace did not have that ban in the good old days when the bars were teeming with patrons conversing in the local four letter word dialect. :D
