Where Do I get a $1.00 ice cream cone?

Los Angeles Dodgers manager Don Mattingly has come up with an interesting way to help first baseman James Loney raise his production, especially his .125 average against left-handed pitching entering Monday's action.
Mattingly said he will fine Loney, a left-handed batter, $1 every time he flies out to left field. Loney accepted the deal, then made an offer of his own.

“He wants to take a dollar back every time he hits a line drive to left," said Mattingly, who agreed to the terms. "I want him to keep the ball low to left field. This will give him a chance to keep working on it."
Loney is hitting .204 with one home run and 12 RBIs and a .235 on-base percentage. He has been worse against left-handers, and he was not in the starting lineup Monday against Chicago Cubs southpaw James Russell. Righthanded-hitting Jerry Sands took Loney's place. Mattingly, though, said Loney’s night off isn’t part of a platoon situation.
Mattingly's deal with Loney resembles a Little League father making a bet with his son and it’s nice to see Mattingly having some fun with Loney as he gets his point across. But it seems there should be some incentive for Loney to pull the ball, because his power production as a corner infielder is below average.
Either way, we’ll see how many ice cream cones Loney loses or gains over the next couple weeks.

My only question is where in the heck can you still buy an ice cream cone for $1.00???
