There was just something nice about turning the calendar over to May . Nothing against April, but I have always liked May. Perhaps it could just be because May used to signal the end of the school year . May is a unique month because" in both common Western calendrical systems, no other month begins on the same day of the week as May." Put that one in your little known facts pocket.
Today the sun us shining, so maybe a new trend is starting. Wow, sunshine, would that not be nice?
I am craving it. I am not a school boy anymore waiting for the beginning of summer vacation, but I am still waiting for summer. Think lakes, picnics, warm beaches, air conditioning, scantily dressed ladies(whoops, I didn't just write that, did I?) Anyway, I am excited that it is May.
