I have been doing a lot of thinking and reading about when the 1st Amendment and the 10th Amendment clashes with the 14th Amendment. In order for some to have rights, the rights of others are trampled on. It is impossible for everyone to have all of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
My conclusion is this. The right to have is rights is not necessarily a right. Right?
