Good by Chief.

Mr.. William Lilly, former Wallace Chief of Police passed away on Monday in Kennewick, WA. at the age of 91. Bill was always a straight shooter and a pretty good guy. He could tell some of the funniest stories about the happenings in Wallace. I had the privilege of having lunch with him a few years ago, and his wit and memory were still as sharp as ever. Rest peacefully, Chief.
