Right To Work- Yep

Before I begin my blogs on anything spiritual, I have to talk about the wonderful world of the "right to work states" The name alone has to be  the biggest oxymoron ever. Ah yes,I understand the meaning that we were told, but well, here is really what it means.
"Workers, you are screwed."Seriously, folks, this law needs to go NOW!!

Cedar: Remember that 'right to work' only means that a person doesn't have to join a union to work at a particular business. That is different than the 'at-will' doctrine that says a person can be fired at any time for any reason--well so long as it doesn't violate 'public policy'. There are three narrow, very narrow, public policies that apply. This 'doctrine' was never made applicable to Idaho by a legislative action. It was 'adopted' by the Idaho Supreme Court in a court case. That is what is fondly called 'legislating from the bench.' Hmm. Technically they are not suppose to do that...but well, they are the 'Supremes'.
