Today, portions of the so called Obama Care was ruled unconstitutional. Now, I am not advocating one way or the other, although I believe that this plan falls way short . Plans should be made available to all, but not mandatory, But, that is not what I am writing about here. The ruling was done by a Republican appointee. I am fairly certain that the ruling would have been in favor of the President had the judge been appointed by a Democrat. One can almost be certain that anything that goes to the 9Th Circuit Court will rule in favor of the Democrats.
This my friends is no way for a judicial system to operate. Yes, I know I am naive

Cedar: Different judges view the world differently, let alone the Constitution. Republicans appoint judges that view it consistent with their view and vice versa. Take the 'wolf' judge in Montana.
so in other words, GF, there is no such thing as "law", just an interpretation of a law. Scary.
