A Cheater is A Cheater Is A Cheater-Unless-------
Question of the day. Do we care about cheating in sports (PEDS) only when key players on teams that we don't like are caught, such as Alex Rodriguez, and don't care when they are players on the teams that we are fans of are caught? Last night as I was watching the tie breaker game between Tampa Bay and Texas, I was disgusted when the Ranger fans gave Nelson Cruz a thunderous reception as he stepped to the plate for the first time after his suspension for using banned substances. We applaud cheaters when they are "our" cheaters, and boo them when they are the other team's "cheaters"?
Seem like maybe we are a wee bit morally hypocritical.
